We deliver our products all over the Qatar, with following shipping terms.
Store Location: Wakrah

We deliver during:
Saturday to Thursday: 1pm to 8pm

Concierge and Safe Space Policy
Please check with your concierge that they are able to accept perishable items before recommending this as your safe space.
Desert Garden cannot take responsibility for lost orders once delivered to your safe place. It is driver procedure to take photographic evidence or a neighbour’s signature for any orders left as requested by the customer.
Delivering to Commercial Property or Residences of Restricted Parking
If drivers are required to deliver your Desert Garden order via a loading bay, please respond to the 2 hour ETA notification and we will reply with a driver name and vehicle registration number. It is your responsibility to book our drivers in ahead of time. Failure to do so will result in a missed delivery.
Store Pickup
You can collect you order from our store (you can find the store location in the contact page) after 3 hours of placing order. Outdoor plants can be pickup next Business Day. In case of any problem our sales department can contact you within 2 hours after placing your order. After successful pickup we will not accept any return, refund or exchange.
